These bands have received a
distinguished rating at a 2008 KMEA sanctioned marching contest.
Kentucky marching bands must receive a rating of
proficient (60 to 79.99) to advance to regional competition.
A rating of
distinguished will be awarded to bands receiving a score of 80 or
above. Bands receiving a distinguished rating at a KMEA sanctioned
event will be recognized here.
